I was very pleased with my service experience, unfortunately you didn’t have the right size shoe for me in inventory. My only gripe is that I feel as if the refund “penalty” should have been waived since the proper fitting shoe simply wasn’t available. I knew this was the policy going in, and your service was fantastic from start to finish otherwise, which is why I didn’t subtract a star.
