Incredible experience! The diamond was perfect. Huge carat, cut color clarity all suburb and a fraction of what I expected to pay! Our customer service rep Danica was the best part though. She MADE the proposal happen. She rush shipped the original ring to me in time for our Hawaii trip. And when my fiancée decided she loved the stone but wants a different setting, Danica had it shipped back to Ritani at their expense and only charged my for the difference in price! My fiancée LOVES her platinum Lilly setting. I couldn’t ask for a better experience and would t even consider going anywhere else in the future.
