I really enjoyed digging through all the specs available on the website and getting feedback on my options from customer service. The price point was good, not the cheapest, but I felt more secure in knowing exactly what I purchased and it was still a good deal. Delivery went smoothly and the diamond was packaged nice and secure.

I missed out on some Chase points from my credit card because the charge disappeared and only reappeared as a new charge on the delivery date, but the promo had expired by then. Overall, it was a great experience. I chose to meet with a specialist in person when my diamond was delivered. Remy was friendly and explained the documents supporting my diamond, but most importantly, she showed me the diamond, and we inspected it together which gave me comfort.
