I’ve been using the RiseWell Mineral Toothpaste for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the best switches I’ve made for my oral care routine. Not only excellent products, but customer service is top notch too. Had trouble opening a tin of mints and emailed them to ask how. Not only did they answer the question, they shipped another tin for free! (That one opened much easier. . . ) And I didn't even have to ship the first tin back to China or any of that other foolishness American shoppers usually have to contend with these days!!

I love my Risewell toothpaste! I originally found out about them through my holistic dentist. I like knowing I’m using a brand that is non toxic and natural but also has enamel-loving ingredients at the same time. The mint flavor is great and makes me feel truly fresh & clean.

Terrible customer service. I requested a replacement mouthwash due its yellow, brown color. RiseWell responded “sometimes the mouthwash is discolored” Never responded to my request to replace the $18 bottle of mouthwash. I followed up with two additional emails, only to be ignored. Save your time and your money. Do not recommend.
