I purchased a classic surf Eco crossback tri bikini top, cheeky coverage bikini bottom and freedom sandals for my daughter. I ordered them on a Sunday afternoon and they arrived to my home TWO DAYS LATER! I was so pleasantly surprised. When I placed my order, I misunderstood the promotion, my fault, and thought that with the amount I was spending that I would get a free beach towel, unfortunately, that WAS NOT the promotion. I reached out to customer service about it and while I was not to have the towel, they responded back within 24 hours and so kindly explained my mistake. No worries. I am so happy with the bikini top, bottoms and sandals, the expeditious ship time and customer service response time that it doesn’t matter. Keep up the great work, Rip Curl!!! Thank you.
