This is not good jerky. Im sorry it just isn't.

I love the turkey meat sticks! The best I’ve ever had hands down. I want to try the jerky. Customer support is fantastic. Reason for 3 stars is lack of planning in shipping. I live in a hot state and two packages (the 2nd was to replace the first) of plastic wrapped meat have both arrived at or over 100 degrees. What this means for this fan: I cannot order. Nobody wants to eat meat that’s been roasting inside a plastic wrapper on a brown delivery truck for 10 hours. Sorry RF. Do better cuz I crave your food!

My first order. . . had a little hiccup and got charged for something I shouldn't have (probably my fault). I received the confirmation email, and right below the order number there is a link to follow if you have an issue (you can't miss it). I reported the charge, and the SAME DAY--literally within about an hour--I received an acknowledgement AND a refund. Hoping the product is as good as the service! Stay tuned. . .

Righteous Felons has the best customer support! I recently received an order with a missing item, and I filled out the support form. I thought it would be a while before I heard back from them, but in less than three hours, I received this email with an apology and another email automatically following that one stating the item would be on its way! Great Customer Support! And I also love how easy the support form is to fill out. And I can’t forget to mention that they do have some awesome beef sticks and pork sticks! 😊

Very poor quality, especially for the high prices. Saw it reviewed on Rated Red and other sites, so I thought I would try it. Extremely disappointed. Tough to chew, very low quality. Gas Station Jerky is better than this stuff. Sorry I now a lot of people love this brand, but it's not for me.
