Overall good product, no complaints, cycling shoes are true to size (measure as indicated on product page) I had to exchange an item and it took weeks to arrive. I live in Canada and the product was shipped from the States. I emailed Shamino multiple times and got an immediate response but it was not helpful. I like my cycling shoes but will be cautious when ordering from Shamino again due to wait times.
