Been seriously impressed with the Rhise Hydration Mix. Clean taste, no syrupy aftertaste, and actually keeps me hydrated through long runs and hard sessions up in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. The high sodium + electrolyte blend makes a noticeable difference during training and recovery, especially compared to standard sports drinks. Easily one of the better hydration products I’ve used for endurance training.
