This was my 2nd time purchasing the same band for my husband’s Apple Watch. He likes it, but I wish it was built to last longer.

I ordered a camo Apple Watch band for my husband. The item was never received and instead of Rhino working to ensure a replacement was sent they told me to contact my credit card company and ask for a refund. No effort on their part to get me the item I wanted. VERY poor customer service.

I have enjoyed this product. I am love the outdoors and the Stealth keeps up with me. This will be my second one (Pin broke on the old one). So now a have Spare Parts if I have any issues with the new band.

I don’t like this Rhino Band Stealth & would gladly return it, it the Rhino Band 2 44mm was back in stock. If the Rhino Band 2 44mm came in OD Green, I would buy two & my whole unit would probably buy two as well. I got their hopes up for a really good product (Rhino Band 2 44mm), then I was embarrassed when they started yelling at me about how your company is not stocking them or apparently discontinued them. Hopefully another company doesn’t offer a similar product to the original Rhino Band 2 44mm & in OD Green.

Customer service was terrible. I provided photos of broken product and of original order. Was informed it was not covered by warranty. Bad product and customer service.

I couldn’t get a hold of anyone and I never received my watch band
