Great customer service

These lenses lasted 1.5 years and then started to delaminate. Initially I didn't realize lenses could delaminate and I thought it was water marks. If I'd realized sooner, I would have asked for a warranty replacement. I think these sunglasses should last more than 1.5yrs for the price. Customer service was very polite but didn't offer me a replacement when I finally contacted them after 2.5 yrs.

I love the Wyecreeks sunglasses but they scratch easily. Also there used to be so many color options and now there are only a few. Since they scratch so easily, I often want to buy new pairs but since there are limited options, I don’t. Also I reached out to customer service on if there would be more colors made and they couldn’t give me a straight answer.

Very well made. Fit is ok. Love the view thru them. Much better that what I was using.

Bahias really block sun. Reflective blue coating and wide temple pieces do a good job for this glaucoma sufferer

Replacement part right away

Sad to learn Rheos Support really doesn't support too much. I inquired about paying for lens replacement on several pairs of glasses where the lens are clouding up. No concern as to send in the product for review, just an assumption of mixture of heat, humidity and lens wipes. Last I knew the entire southeast portion of the US is composed of two of the three assumptions. To be fair. I did sent a couple of photos during our email exchanges. Still amazed the conclusion without examining 6+ pairs I could send them exhibiting the problem nor the ability to pay for new lens on existing frames. Several times I stated I wasn't looking for something for free or warranty claim, just an answer to what is causing this problem and replacement of lens. The cause was answered from their assumption and no to lens replacement. No other solutions, thoughts or advice. Ashamed to represent the sale of dozens of pairs of glasses to learn no one is standing behind the product. I thought I'd found the answer to a good pair of glasses at a reasonable price, guess I will keep searching.

I’ve been wearing the coopers for years have bought several pairs. I assumed these would be the same. They don’t fit the same and keep falling off. As usual the lens quality is great although one lens popped out for virtually no reason
