Regen Health was the fifth company I have purchased my daughter's anxiety medicine and I have to say that they by far are the easiest to deal with. The orders come on time, they are in good condition, and the return process is smooth. I have encountered no problems with their service, even when I inadventently ordered a wrong product. They were helpful in accomodating our needs with the time frame needed. Excellent experience all around, I would probably stay here.

But recently, I ordered two bottles of Hemp oil as we are getting out of stock of it in our medicine box which is not good as it was my parents go to whenever they doesn't feel great, but our order got delayed (not so delayed) it's just that we are used to Regen being on time but not this time. And we escalated our problem to their customer service, it was my first time talking to them and I'm really satisfied on how they assure me and helped me. By the way, the delivery wasn't delayed intently but it is because of the rising case of COVID-19 that's why I really want to commend Regen for still being reliable even in the midst of cases like this.
