My biggest problem was UPS. I paid extra for delivery and they gave me a 13 day delivery date. Then after talking with your employee I contacted UPS and paid for a faster delivery, which still took days! I reordered several items from Revival that I definitely needed for my upcoming litter, and paid a higher delivery fee, which was delivered quickly. All with the help of your employee Darwin Oltmans! They were a huge help and kept in contact with me until I received both orders. For that I do appreciate all that they did!! Thank you Darwin!!

I was shocked to see that you all were more expensive than some other companies. I did not do my research on price because I always order from revival being. I thought that revival has always been a couple of dollars cheaper and it adds up. You guys were about $20 higher than Jeffers on the vaccines. So I will be checking from now on before I order. They have a very nice bag they come in as well and it’s insulated and reusable.
