Terrible experience trying to cancel the auto subscription. Offered to pay full price—still not agreeable. After much contact and appeal they cancelled the last shipment. I like true carbon cleanse when I feel a need for a refresh. But truthfully I like my Binder better when I need more than just a refresh but feeling bogged down.
