Got just half of one order, and none of the second order. I would think, two weeks later, an order update and estimated future ship date might be a courteous gesture? My account has paid in full.

My experience has been 5 star!The product was awesome and one item that was overlooked was immediately taken care of and received replacement within a week! No complaints just great service and delicious edibles!

I started with 1 piece of chocolate bar took with food and waited for over an hour and nothing. Took 2nd piece and still nothing. Not something I will order again. Taste great, just zero lift off.

I am happy with the products, but the order got messed up. First, one product was on backorder which was understandable, but on the portion of the order that was filled, a couple of items were not included. Upon contacting Retro, they send out the 2 items immediately. Second, regarding the backordered items (3 lemon shots), I just received notice that they shipped them, BUT they only show a total of 2 shots. . . . looks like I will be complaining again when I see what actually shows up. . . . bummer.
