Initially I ordered the wrong size. Return was easy, and replacement lenses are great.

I am very happy to be able to buy a new frame but I am annoyed that it wasn't clear that the frame actually came in a pro/sport case. I even talked with someone from RE Ranger and they couldn't confirm and advised me to buy a spare case, which I did and it was a complete waste of money. I am glad that they came in the box, I would just like clearer information on the product description page on the website and I would like the customer service team to be able to answer the question accurately instead of misleading the customer resulting in my spending money unnecessarily.
