Not only was the price significantly better than what my optician quoted, but the service from start to finish was exceptional. This was the only site I found that does both blue light and photochromic. The turnaround time was slower than expected and I had to email them to follow up on my order. They responded quickly and the quality of the lenses were great and they did a great job with the prescription. Overall, I would use this company again.

I sent 5 frames, and three prescriptions. I have now given each set of glasses a several day wear test, and could not ask for better! Prices were very reasonable, service was amazing! Customer service contacted me and sent back picutres associated with each frame and corresponding Rx, warned me that some frames could be damaged as they were getting brittle (none were damaged!) They checked to see if I wanted to have them send one pair back to test drive befofre finishing the order ( I said no, send all when done) and then they did VERY fast work, got the glasses back and found them to be sevurly packaged, cases and cleaning materials for all .

I'm very particular on my glasses. I found some Montblanc frames I liked. They were a little too big for my taste. I requested that they reduce the size around 10%. I had these frames that were at least 10 years old and it was so easy! The website had you upload your prescription and even photos of the frames to help expedite. Once they received my frames, it was returned within a week. The technician also sent me a text message to clarify an issue. That is personal customer service!
