My previous reviews from 3 months ago would have been a 5 star because it has been extremely beneficial for my cycles. Unfortunately I have to say I’m a little disappointed in the customer service. I made a purchase for more tea before running out because I haven’t missed a day drinking it until now. I ordered on 10/30 and have not received my package yet. I sent emails, reached out on social media etc and still no response. In my opinion the customer service is not great. I expect that if there is an issue with shipping I would be notified via email. But since they sent this review request first, here we are. Overall great product, just don’t expect to actually speak to anyone if you have a problem.
