The shipping was on time.

They fit and feel great. The only problem is that they are too long, I have to fold over an inch at the top. This is surprising because I have a 33 inch inseam.

Easy ordering process and quick shipment.

I used the size chart to buy a pair of leggings, but they almost required the jaws of life to get them back off of me. I contacted customer service about sending them back for a larger pair, and instead...they sent me a larger pair and told me not to send back the medium pair. I sent it to my nurse practitioner sister who is 20 pounds lighter, and she could barely fit them either. She's giving them to her 20-year-old daughter.

I am surprised by this great company. I have to wear compression hose by a doctor's orders. It's nice to have options. My first choice didn't work out but they made good on it. You're my "forever" company.

The shipment took longer than expected, a little disappointed. Your website should have let me know that it wasn’t available. before I placed the order. I could have picked a different one before I went ahead and order that particular item. Communication was good by letting me know that the item was back ordered and offered me something else but that was not the issue. I was not interested in other item. The wait was long! I understand that it was back ordered but should have marked that item down on your website. Rather than making me wait for the item to be delivered.

Would appreciate better sizing for people like me.
