Ordered 8 fish, 2 breeds. I was thankful on one breed they contacted me and said 2 of the 4 weren't doing well so they would not ship but expected more soon. When they did not receive them, I said cancel those 4 completely but send me the others. Then they came back and said their minimum order was $99 so they would not ship unless I ordered more. Not my fault the fish weren't doing well. Appreciate they were open about that but was willing to pay shipping so they should have sent me the other breed I ordered but they would not. Found them elsewhere and saved a few dollars. Wont do business with them again.

Reef chasers corals arrived in great shape. Healthy corals have no pests. Took about a week for them to fully open and acclimate to my tank. They are gorgeous. Customer care is very responsive and helpful.

Fish are absolutly amazing!!! Yeallow biota tang is a true pig and my clowns stay together and eat just about anything I offer. I had a heater accident and they held my order for me a couple of days till I got that sorted out.

We stopped in today just to familiarize ourselves with this location and ended up having the BEST experience ever!!! From the moment we walked through the door we were welcomed and shown such hospitality! Brandy wakes us through the store and shared so much wonderful information about each fish, coral, and anemone. She welcomed every question we could think of and spent so much time with us and never made us feel like we were a burden. When it came time to make our purchase, she made sure were adequately informed and prepared before we left. Every step of this experience was nothing short of amazing!

Best service I’ve experienced in online livestock purchasing. My White tail Bristletooth tang arrived healthy and acclimated to his new tank mates quickly. It’s worth spending a few extra dollars for this level of quality.

Everything arrived healthy. And happy. Opened up fully in less then 24 hours in my tank. Still thriving. Packing was good and the corals were secure.

The clam opened almost immediately altering being acclimated. The tang immediately was eating nori I had clipped in the tank. Great price! Great quality! Will be ordering again
