This stuff is amazing I feel better that I ever had. I sip on it all day especially if I'm out in the heat. I use the Redmond salt on everything even my coffee and orange juice. I put it in my gallon of milk and it will last a week or two long then it's date. So when I tried the Re-Lyte it was a huge difference. My blood pressure is balanced my energy is up and I sleep better. Another great product from an amazing company. Forever customer
