Iam leaving this review even though I was eventually refunded. I placed an order that included Epitalon (50 mg), which was never sent to me. After receiving the incomplete package, I had to send multiple messages before getting a response. Instead of a professional explanation or a proper apology, I received a defensive and disrespectful reply. Yes, I was refunded the $90, but the way the situation was handled was not professional. When a seller makes a shipping mistake, the minimum expectation is to acknowledge the error calmly and resolve the issue without confrontation. In a market where scams are common, fast, clear, and respectful communication is essential. My personal experience: 0/10. I recommend dealing with another merchant.
