Use both MRE and MRE lite daily,tried way too many other brands and finally settled on these two products from Redcon1. My favorite MRE flavor was Banana Nut Bread until they changed the flavor a few years back and now it tastes nasty. So now its Oatmeal Chocolate Chip or Oreo Cookie
