Quick turn around. Delicious coffee. I made a mistake with the shipping address, and the good folx at Red Bay fixed it immediately!

I really wanted to like Red Bay Coffee. But it took nearly a month from the time I placed my order until I received it. I placed an order with another coffee seller while waiting on my Red Bay order, and received it first.

I’ve restarted this review several times because I don’t was to come off as harsh or snooty. Unfortunately, I probably purchase any more coffee from Red Bay Coffee. That’s actually the main issue I have: the coffee I enjoyed is never in stock or worse, I order it and then (only after I reached out) I get a communication that my order was cancelled/refunded even though it was in stock when ordered. Understanding there’s some supply issues in the coffee industry I must say that I don’t have these issues from other roasters. It’s frustrating. Especially when I want to recommend a coffee but can’t out of fear it won’t show up on the site. I wish Red Bay Coffee the best but for now, it’s farewell.

Easy to order on line and to find the products I was looking for. Great communication regarding when products are shipped and estimated delivery date. The best coffee.

I have ordered from Red Bay Coffee regularly for the last few years. They don’t disappoint ever! I’ve given sampler packs as gifts and there are usually at least 4 blends in my house on any given day.

Love the new ground coffee option for my subscription. I can’t get my hand all the way into the bag to scoop it so maybe new packaging is needed?

The product was shipped super late and arrived even later than promised

I received this survey email 5 days after I ordered my coffee beans, which to date have still not been tendered to the postal service.

I’ve loved everything I’ve tried and was sad when I had to switch to decaf. Red Bay did not disappoint, the decaf is delicious and also makes wonderful espresso.

It took 11 days from date of order to roast and ship a 5# bag of whole beans. I contacted Red Bean, they only said roast was not done and asked if I wanted to cancel the order. The varietal we received is a bit light on taste, almost watered down at a normal grind. I had to add approximately 5 grams per grind to get a sufficiently medium roast flavor. I can order from higher quality roasters (Wonderstate, Valentines, Anodyne, etc) and receive a better quality fresh roast in less than half the time. We’re Disappointed, and we will not be ordering from Red Bay again.

An order we made several weeks ago still hasn’t shipped and the customer service responses have been misleading

coffee has always been pretty good but i had a concern with my subscription and no one responds to my emails or phone calls. Not sure how a company survives with no regard for long-time customers, but it is really disappointing
