I ordered in November and received my two items in late January…when I ordered it indicated both items were in stock…so I assumed I would receive them with 2-weeks at the latest…after 3 weeks I emailed Recycled and received a message the next day that the items were back-ordered…was disappointed as one was a Christmas gift…anyway, I did receive both within a week of each other late January and I’m happy with the products

Love the bag - great quality, perfect size and stylish. My only nitpick is that the zippers are too sensitive e. g. , it takes very little pressure to open the zipper which seems good but if you have things in the top compartment, sometimes the weight of it will cause the zipper to move if it’s already down.

Love this bag. I had the normal 24 hour bag as my everyday bag for nearly 7 years and after a career change realized I needed a bigger bag. Holds up great and is handy. Wish Jake would bring back the bag dividers he used to sell but other than that it’s fantastic.
