Recover Brands did a great job with communication and shipping. They kept me informed throughout the process, and my order shipped and arrived in a timely manner. I really appreciated the clear updates and efficient delivery. While I had some concerns with the product itself, my experience with their customer service, communication, and shipping process was very positive. I really wanted to love this shirt because the MCM 2026 design looks great, but unfortunately the fabric and sizing were disappointing. The fabric feels hard and stiff rather than soft and comfortable, which is especially disappointing for a shirt intended for running and training. The sizing is the biggest issue. I already sized up from my normal size, and the shirt still fits very tight. It definitely runs significantly smaller than expected. If a product is known to run this small, larger size options should be available to accommodate different body types and provide a comfortable fit. Unfortunately, the limited sizing makes that difficult. The design itself is great, but I expected a softer, more comfortable fabric, more accurate sizing, and a wider range of sizes—especially for an athletic product meant for runners of all shapes and sizes.

I am a return customer to Recover. I absolutely love their products. I recently purchased two items, one being a t-shirt and the other a sport sun hoodie. I am going to have to hide the hoodie from my wife, yes, she loves it that much, as do I. Thank you for making such quality and affordable products.
