Excellent product. Customer service is fantastic.

my boyfriend has spondylosis and lives with chronic pain. Waking up and getting out of bed in the mornings was the hardest. Now, I will wake him up with a gentle massage using the relief balm - nothing more than spreading the fascia and rubbing the balm into his muscles. I noticed that using it makes his muscular tightness go down, which allows me to give a deeper massage without actually trying harder. He feels the effects within 10 minutes and getting up has been a lot easier. We also love the relax tincture for daytime anxiety relief. Was having difficulty receiving 15% discount that I was offered. Started chat with CS rep. She was helpful but still wasn’t getting discount at checkout. Called CS on telephone; was answered by same person I had chatted with. This eliminated a lot repeating my problem. She resolved it quickly and received the product within few days.
