I bought a bugaboo butterfly open box stroller from rebel and they sent me one that was clearly used with mud and scrapes and dents. I contacted customer service and they agreed they sent me the wrong stroller but they had already sold my other stroller. So now I don’t have a stroller and I have my vacation coming up in a couple weeks. Huge waste of time and they never provided me with the stroller I originally bought. Customer service was helpful but did not appreciate the inconvenience and the fact that I’m now out a stroller. Please do better so others do not experience the same.

It was a breeze during the first week. I like the snack tray and raincover was included too. Only problem is the "all terrain wheels" was kinda misleading. It doesn't go smoothly on just simple bumps or small holes like from crossing the street going to the sidewalk. It was not safe for my toddler when the stroller stopped suddenly while pushing it almost turn over. I feel disappointed I can't return this purchase.

We were tired of transferring car seats back and forth between vehicles or having to work out the car seat logistics for pickup / drop offs. We didn’t want to spend a lot on car seats for our secondary vehicle and that’s when I found Rebel. We found a great open box deal on two Evenflo car seats. They arrived exactly as described within a few days and are exactly what we were looking for - safe and affordable.

I placed my first order here just over a week ago and am so pleased! The stroller seat I ordered came in on schedule and the box didn't even look opened! Additionally, I actually got a better product than advertised (newer model) for a third of the price new and absolutely love it! And so does my second girl, she loves her new seat!

I like the concept of the website. However I feel like the team gave me a used model that they were advertising on their website at a lower rate that I specifically paid more to not go with. The model I chose was “only opened never used”. And the model I received has scuffs all over it, two grease stains on the fabric and some dirt. This was similiar to another listing they had for “gently used”. I don’t think I would order another big ticket item from them due to the disappointment. However I was travelling and did not have time to complain and contact support so just had to deal with it.

A couple of wrong items/defects to the items sent and not able to get a hold of your customer support despite submitting claim.
