they surprised me and paid return shipping on a hat that did not fit. they sent me a replacement. I bought one a few years ago, was happy with it but lost it.

I’m really liking the Real Deal Brazil Hat and Backpack . Been wearing the hat and carrying a very helpful and roomy backpack while on vacation . I’m so glad I opted for the chin strap because we did go on a sailboat and the winds were strong . The chin strap adjusted tight to prevent hat from blowing off . The backpack helped store odds and ends like souvenirs and my raincoat. I definitely look like a prepared tourist haha . Well done Real Deal Brazil !! You helped make this vacation and future travels so much better .

This is my 3rd Brisa Ventilated tarp hat and I can't give it 5 ☆. The first 2 were of better quality and stamped XXL. This one looks like it was penciled in with a black sharpie. It's definitely no 25 inches as it's much tighter than the other 2. I should of sent it back but my daughter has been wearing it some even though it's too big for her.

You send me the wrong hat and then send me the right one, but want me to use my valuable time to ship the other back to you.

After several yeas, I lost/left my original RDB hat at an unknown location; otherwise, I would have retrieved it. Over the years of camping, hiking, white water rafting, it had its share of bumbs and bruises; however , it still look d great with personality. Missing it, I bought the same original hat to replace it. My wife also liked the hat that I got her a floppy version for her, both with retention straps. I then purchased a floppy hat for me as there are occasions where floppy is more useful than structured. We love them and hope this time none of them end up missing in action.
