Real Chai have a quick and wonderful customer service. I bought some for my daughter in SA recently and it arrived in a couple of days.

The first real Chai tea I tried in a restaurant years ago and had to find out where to order

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my wife (and me haha). She is already a big fan of RealChai so it was a no brainer, the maple coffee beans have gone down a real treat, we're nearly out of them already haha. Delivery was quick and packaging well done. I did have to quickly grab the invoice when she opened the box but no big deal anyway. All in all, excellent gift idea for a chai lover with the coffee beans as a bonus. Thanks again!
