First of all your online store is not clear when it comes to ordering I got the impression that I ordered a set of catalytic converter based on my make and model car tried to call but that posted number is incorrect unable to speak to customer service
I pleced an order on December 2nd, today is the 4th and stil hasn't shipped yet. No replies for my inquiries.
I ordered a pie on your website that said that it would fit a 2018 X one and when I receive the part, it was way too small. I sent a message to your support center requesting a replacement or a refund and no one ever got back to me. I’m still waiting for the replacement part. It’s been two weeks.

My only complaint was the exorbitant charge for mailing. It was greater than the cost of the part. I didn't need the part within 2 days & actually received it in 4 days.

First off there is no address or phone number to contact the dealership. The only way to contact them is their contact form. After receiving 1-3 word responses including 'It's out', 'It already shipped' and eventually "A call tag will be issued all from someone who had his name on the email but zero contact information. Why are they so afraid to give out contact information. BMW has to cringe at this way of business. I had to use the internet wayback machine to track down a telephone number to call. I called and after discussion with the GM I was told he would call me back with how they would deal with it. He never did. During the discussion I asked why there was no contact information. He stated the website is outsource and that's 'just the way it is'. I attempted to cancel but my request was ignored until product shipped. I delivery refused the order and it has since been returned. I have yet to receive my refund. I expect a refund in full. We will see

I ordered a part for my 2021 BMW X7 M50i. They shipped the part through FedEx, I received the part and it was damaged and unusable, I couldn’t submit a claim with FedEx, only the shipper could. So I contacted realbmwparts customer service and told them I couldn’t submit a claim with FedEx as they suggested. After emailing back and forth, they sent me a return request label and I sent the damage part back to them. I paid $173. 24 for the part but they only refunded me $159. 23. I should have gotten a full refund, and they should have submitted a claim with FedEx for the damage part and FedEx would have reimbursed them.
Very pleased with the great prices and customer service offered by realbmwparts. com! My order was processed quickly and the items arrived ahead of schedule in perfect condition. When I need parts or accessories in the future, I will definitely be a returning customer! Highly recommend!

Poor communication unable to reach associates by phone to confirm correct fitment, it would be helpful if associates answer the phone and misinformation on delivery date/s.
