It's not enough to have a well-built product, which I believe you have. That aside, due to the disfunction of your online store and unbelievably slow customer service, I did not receive my equipment in time for my shoot. Not having the equipment was not a minor thing. Talent [internationally known] watched me suffer the weight of a heavy rig which also had a negative impact on the shot quality. The business should be able support clients in the same way the ready rig supports cameras.
