This purchase (the Rave pontoon slide) was Better than great it was Absolutely Outstanding!! I’d recommend it to anyone that was looking for one. The transaction was easy, shipping was super Speedy, easy setup, built sturdy, and most of all the Grandchildren loved it!! The Second time we took it out, this Grandma even tried it so much fun!! Came on time paid extra so glad for the hat and is a great tube as expected. We’re happy!

Be aware that one year warranty is one year. We used our second Mambo 3 or 4 times with small grand kids and put it away for the season. Got it out the next season 13 months after we bought it and the weld seam split. Tried patching 3 times and the seam continued to split. Called Rave customer support and was told it didn’t matter we had used it minimally it was just out of warranty and they would do nothing. We have had several Rave products over the years but no more.

Good product. Would love to have a stowaway case that is mouse proof.

My first order was correct, 2nd order was incorrect, got wrong item but I could use the lifejacket so i kept it . 3rd order I couldnt get to go through , the "Rave" shopper BS never sent a code it said it would. I gave up after 2 tries , the easiest thing a shopper should ever do is reorder, it should not get harder.
