I was sent one right sized shoe and one wrong sized shoe; making my time very inconvenienced yet amused at the drastic size difference between the pair (about three sizes smaller). Without having to await their return to be completed I was delivered the correct sized shoes in no time with an extra gift for my troubles. Irrespective of their mistake or extra gift included this company would have received the highest rating regardless for their mere response and the quality of their shoes (and website). I love both the shoes and their respectful attitude.
