I paid and I didn’t get any news for 5 weeks , customer service is awful and no one get in contact

Have two seat Ascot suite in black & vanilla. Always looked great, comfortable. However our cat, after a night under a car decided it was so comfy he'd have a sleep on it. Completely ruined one seat cover. Covered in oil.Returned to Rattan Direct to purchase replacement and was given one...free of charge!! Thanks guys 5* from us.

Stylish look corner sofa. Well packed. Covers excellent made and fits every single unit. Covers good quality. Overall looks amazing. Quality not as expected for this price. Bad points: Slow with delivery. Some cushions are dirty and slight different colours, can see that different. Legs not to good.

Absolutely fabulous. Top quality. The furniture is very well made, very tight weave. The cushions are also top notch - strong material. Money well spend. Everything was sent in strong boxes. All cushion seating in strong plastic covers. The delivery driver was lovely and professional. So happy with my experience from start to finish.

Superb service and quality from the moment the order was placed - super quick delivery - set was very well packaged and excellent quality - great value for money - We looked at a lot of rattan furniture sets before find this company and ordering - would recommend to anyone - I am sure we will be returning to order more furniture before the "summer" is over

Really pleased with our new heater. It looks impressive even without the heater on but when it is on, it throws out a lot of heat as well as a lovely warm light as the flame flickers up the glass chimney. Very happy and have enjoyed using it.

I received emails giving me up to date information regarding delivery and on the day of delivery the driver called to let me know what he time he expected to arrive.
