Sooooo UPS destroyed the box that the original order came in, resulting in a loss of 5 pairs of jeans. It was a simple as taking pictures of the damaged box, the number lost, and sending Rasco/orders an email. Mariah responded asap, and had the 5 missing pair en route. I fully expected a huge hassle, but just the opposite. THANK YALL for restoring faith in humanity!
