I purchased a Constance 1-24 from their Minato store last year as a foreign visitor. My experience with them was great! I saw this bag from their website so I stopped by at their Ginza store, however, it was actually put at their Minato-ku store that day. They asked if I would prefer a transfer so I didn't have to rush to that store. I didn't mind going around as a tourist and I finally bring it back home. The staffs from the store explained the custom clearance guidance and be very patience on wrapping the purse professionally. Their shopping bag is pretty.
