The customer service is great and I got a good deal. I was able to talk to John directly. He was very helpful and answered all my questions regarding the purchase of a Roam Vagabond Tent. Something I am hesitant to do online without talking to an actual person. John was even helpful with some shipping issues I had locally and has been available for support after the sale. These are fantastic lights! They fit into the stock bumper without any additional drilling of holes or bending of parts...perfect fit. My box arrived with a large hole in the side that occurred during shipment. After talking to Jeff at Offroad Alliance, we determined that a small part needed for the installation must have fallen out of the box. This was no fault of theirs, but immediately overnighted the parts to me at no charge....Great Company

Yes, the products are name brand and good quality. Yes, the prices are competitive with the best. But to ignore the phenomenal customer service - before, during, and after the sale - is to miss the best reason to do business with them.

I installed the front bumper and reverse lights myself. Had one question for the reverse lights and Chris was available on the weekend for help. Wiring harnesses were a high quality product. The bezel for the front bumper lights is a must...clean install. Recommend these products highly!
