Young people stacking the wood did a poor job (bad decisions) and the stack collapsed in 2 days against my garage door. Had to restack it myself.

Wonderful place to get your firewood. Ordering was so easy and Tim was very friendly and efficient. Delivery was free. Prices were lower than most. Delivered the next morning and the two guys that couldn’t have been nicer.

Our new heating system stopped working, the company needs to order a part, wouldn’t get her for several more days. It’s been cold in our house. I called Rancho La Casa and ordered wood for our fireplace. At first Tim said it could be delivered the next day. I told him what had happened. He took a few minutes and then said we can deliver it today. He made it happen! Great company that actually cares about their clients, wood burns great. I’m thankful for companies who actually care about people.
