Great service

The firewood (oak) arrived in an open bed pickup truck in large irregular pieces about half of it the bark on. As it arrives, It may be usable in large comercial pizza ovens, but not in backyard ovens. However, they told me that I should have specified that wood is for home based pizza oven, so they would deliver shorter pieces of tho wood. I cut the wood to shorter pieces with a chain saw, splited larger chunks with awood chisel creating manageable pieces. Many of the pieces were dirty and moldtly. However, they were vary nice and offered to come and clean the dirty pieces of the wood.

Tim was great to work with. He took my order over the phone, and we tentatively scheduled a time that needed to be pushed back; however, he notified me ahead to make sure it was okay. His team delivered the wood and stacked it nicely. He even sent a photo, which was nice because the wood was delivered to my daughter’s house in Thousand Oaks.

My delivery of firewood from Rancho La Casa Firewood was excellent! The driver Ezekiel was on time and Ezekiel and his wife Petra stacked my wood on my Woodhaven rack with precision and speed. The wood is of great quality and the price is extremely affordable. I used them 2 years ago and then again yesterday and they will be my wood delivery service from now on every two years.
