I ordered product, did not receive the very expensive saffron serum, notified company, showed pictures and received no reply, no product replacement, no resolution.

I have received products that have expiry dates soon. Products are manufactured back in 2023 and expiring in Oct/Nov'25. This experience was not expected as a first time customer.
