Great experience! The packing is beautiful and always handled with care, and it arrives on time.

As other reviewers mention, the shampoo doesn’t lather, so I knew that going in. What i didn’t expect is how strong the scent is. It smells like lilies to me - very strongly - and unfortunately, that’s a scent I really dislike. So it’s very unlikely I’ll buy this again. I do think the shampoo & conditioner are gentle, and I’m hopeful they will take good care of my scalp this winter, but I’m alternating between this duo and Aveda (my regular shampoo/conditioner) because of how much I dislike the scent.

This is a reliable, easy to work with company and their products are all natural and so fresh.

Love the product! When I first started using it, my face would itch occasionally, but after about a month that completely stopped. Overall, I’m very happy with the results. One suggestion I have is improving the packaging—the current pouring method isn’t very functional. A pump dispenser would make it much easier to use.
