My pistol was missing a recoil spring kit and after talking to Scott in Customer Service, he said that he would contact Race City Defense to have them send one out to me. He was polite and professional and hopefully I will eventually receive the spring kit as requested. When that happens, I will be happy to give Customer Service (5) stars!
