Hi, One of my bowls arrived broken. I have to measure it to determine which chakra bowl it is. Could you please advise me about your policy regarding merchandise that arrives broken?

I purchased the Set of 7, White/Gold symbol- Quartz Crystal Sound Therapy Bowls as well as the Set of 2, Earth Star & Soul Star Sound Therapy Bowl's from Rainbow Sounds. I reached out to customer support several times throughout the process of ordering & delivery. Margrette in customer support was efficient, friendly, knowledgable and answered my questions so very professionally & promptly- her support went beyond my expectations! I was also notified by Rainbow Sounds when my bowls were dispatched and shipped and was provided UPS tracking- so I was aware of where my bowls were and when my bowls would arrive. And when they did they were packaged extremely well. I absolutely love the bowls. The sound from each one is beautiful, well-tuned and extremely vibrational & resonate. I had lots of questions before purchasing a set of bowls - it's a big deal and I wanted to choose the right bowls for me. The customer service representative was so patient, warm and incredibly helpful. The bowls arrived promptly and I cannot stop playing them - they are so beautiful! My family love them, my clients love them and I love them for my own meditative and spiritual practice. I am excited to purchase more in due course and will definitely buy them from Rainbow Sounds.

Bowls are top quality but it's hard to get a hold of anyone and even the chatbot told me to wait 10mins and never responded.

I've bought quite a few crystal singing bowls through Rainbow Sounds as I just love the quality of them. The bowls sing for ages and are very well crafted. The staff have been amazing with their communication and accommodating my special requests. I have bought both the Earth and Soul Star bowls which are fabulous and I recently purchased the full set of Sharp notes which complete my whole Chakra Set.
