Great service and a lovely store to shop in

The lady staff at hombush is very kind

Delivery was fast and packaged well. The shoe travel bag was a welcome addition.

My new favourite . Super soft comfortable and stylish

Found the service excellent. Ordered from Melbourne at 8.30 in morning and they arrived next morning at 8.50 am.

Clear and easy transaction.

Quick and helpful response to an error in the order from the customer service team, and fast processing/delivery of my items which arrived nicely packaged. I am an R&B brand fan of many years and the additional aspect of high level service and a painless online purchasing experience, in addition to the high quality of the products themselves, continues to keep me committed to this brand I love.

I needed to return my item due to a knit flaw, very easy and quick, so no drama

I first saw this bag online and thought it looked so beautiful, but I wasn’t sure whether to buy it. When I went to the store and tried it on, I immediately fell in love with it. The size is perfect, the leather feels soft and high-quality, and it is surprisingly lightweight. As soon as I put it on, I knew I had to get it. I’m so happy with my purchase. It’s stylish, comfortable, and easy to carry every day. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves comfort but doesn’t want to compromise on style.

Great service very friendly and attentive. Beautiful fit out.
