I bought 2 pairs of jeans they were 2 big. I returned mid December. On 1/20 I finally got Refund for 1 paid! I have emailed multiple times, Did chat, called and just the worst of the worst customer service. I now had to contact PayPal to dispute. A month to return half your Money?? Never buy from This site.
Th Miramar jogger pants Lynn style have printed holes on them. Nowhere in the description or photos does it say this. They are described as all other Miramar jeans. And good luck retuning or exchanging. Rag and bone has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’m 21 days into this adventure and not even close to getting a resolution. I guess I’m stuck with falsely advertised jeans. And bonus-they were super expensive! Never buying from this company again and telling everyone know!!
For my first RB experience, I ordered high waisted size 26 Miramar Terry Shea pants. Upon arrival, they measure 32" around the waist and the front pockets hang down instead sitting against the legs. Either Rag & Bone's sizing is way off or they sent me previously worn and stretched out pants. Unfortunately, they are not returnable or exchangeable and the response to my customer service email was "sorry they don't fit" so I'm stuck with very expensive pants that literally fall off.
Returned 2 pairs of jeans separately. One purchased in December, one in early January. Both have been received back by R&B weeks ago. No refund provided. I called almost 2 weeks ago and representative acknowledged they had both returns but it was taking longer than usual to issue cc refunds. How hard can it be? It should not take a month to get my money back.
I returned a jean on December 1, 2025 and have not received a refund yet.
I got an email 3 weeks ago that my return was received but I still have not received my refund. Enailed customer service twice.
I purchased the Parker leather hobo, which, according to the site could fit my laptop, but was not even close when I received it. I dropped off the return at FedEx and received confirmation from rag & bone that it was on its way back. Three weeks later I still haven’t received a refund as they claimed they hadn’t received the return. I followed up with their customer service EIGHT TIMES with limited or no response. I was told three times that someone was looking into the issue and it was never resolved nearly 6 weeks later and told yet again that someone was looking into the issue, I am still out hundreds of dollars. Stay away, absolute garbage company and also not the first time I’ve had a shipping issue with them. Get it together.
Returned a pair of jeans because they were too long. NO ONE has returned my email about my refund. I called and Yaquisa was rude and basically told me wait a month before reaching out again. I will never order from you again.
I returned 2 items and received a return to my credit card but NOTthe full amount. They kept the sales tax amount of $88. This is totally unfair / isn’t even legal? Where does this money go? Come on folks do better
I purchased the Marina wide leg jean in size 28. I have multiple pairs of Rag’nBone jeans and they are all either 28 or 29. Based on customer feedback I purchased the smaller size - 28. They arrived and are huge. They are a good 3 to 4 sizes too big. Meaning I should have purchased a 24 or 25. I don’t own a single pair of pants from any designer in a size 24 or 25. I called customer service immediately and explained the situation to them – only wanting to exchange the jeans for the smaller size. Customer service pointed out that it was a final sale item. I get that. But the sizing was so drastically inaccurate that I felt like they could at least do an exchange for me. Customer service told me to contact their quality control. I emailed them with a full description of the situation and photos showing how big the jeans are. Again, only asking for an exchange. I never heard back. This to me means that they do not stand behind their product. Their quality guarantee states - We will always repair or replace any item (purchased from us or an authorized retailer) whose quality has been compromised by a manufacturing defect or flaw. This is a quality manufacturing defect as they have sized their product incorrectly. As I stated earlier, I always wear a 28 or 29 in Rag’n’Bone jeans so this is clearly outside of their normal size parameters. Disappointed in their follow through on their quality guarantee. They definitely did not guarantee theirquality in this situation. I will be taking Rag’n’Bone off of my list for future purchases.
Easy to shop and check out.
A bit pricey for a T-shirt but the quality and fit are excellent.

Great online shopping experience. Only negative is that I would have expected to receive a jacket cover to protect the wool blazer when stored away given the quality and price point.

Had my order delivered to a FedEx pick up point. FedEx won’t release it without a pick up code. Rag and Bone haven’t provided a code and when I messaged them they said ask FedEx - who say ask Rag and Bone. Awful customer service and no product.
