I purchased the Parker leather hobo, which, according to the site could fit my laptop, but was not even close when I received it. I dropped off the return at FedEx and received confirmation from rag & bone that it was on its way back. Three weeks later I still haven’t received a refund as they claimed they hadn’t received the return. I followed up with their customer service EIGHT TIMES with limited or no response. I was told three times that someone was looking into the issue and it was never resolved nearly 6 weeks later and told yet again that someone was looking into the issue, I am still out hundreds of dollars. Stay away, absolute garbage company and also not the first time I’ve had a shipping issue with them. Get it together.
Returned a pair of jeans because they were too long. NO ONE has returned my email about my refund. I called and Yaquisa was rude and basically told me wait a month before reaching out again. I will never order from you again.
I returned 2 items and received a return to my credit card but NOTthe full amount. They kept the sales tax amount of $88. This is totally unfair / isn’t even legal? Where does this money go? Come on folks do better
I purchased the Marina wide leg jean in size 28. I have multiple pairs of Rag’nBone jeans and they are all either 28 or 29. Based on customer feedback I purchased the smaller size - 28. They arrived and are huge. They are a good 3 to 4 sizes too big. Meaning I should have purchased a 24 or 25. I don’t own a single pair of pants from any designer in a size 24 or 25. I called customer service immediately and explained the situation to them – only wanting to exchange the jeans for the smaller size. Customer service pointed out that it was a final sale item. I get that. But the sizing was so drastically inaccurate that I felt like they could at least do an exchange for me. Customer service told me to contact their quality control. I emailed them with a full description of the situation and photos showing how big the jeans are. Again, only asking for an exchange. I never heard back. This to me means that they do not stand behind their product. Their quality guarantee states - We will always repair or replace any item (purchased from us or an authorized retailer) whose quality has been compromised by a manufacturing defect or flaw. This is a quality manufacturing defect as they have sized their product incorrectly. As I stated earlier, I always wear a 28 or 29 in Rag’n’Bone jeans so this is clearly outside of their normal size parameters. Disappointed in their follow through on their quality guarantee. They definitely did not guarantee theirquality in this situation. I will be taking Rag’n’Bone off of my list for future purchases.
Easy to shop and check out.
A bit pricey for a T-shirt but the quality and fit are excellent.

Great online shopping experience. Only negative is that I would have expected to receive a jacket cover to protect the wool blazer when stored away given the quality and price point.

Wonderful white tee shirt. My all-time favorite
Had my order delivered to a FedEx pick up point. FedEx won’t release it without a pick up code. Rag and Bone haven’t provided a code and when I messaged them they said ask FedEx - who say ask Rag and Bone. Awful customer service and no product.

I needed an even exchange due to the jeans running VERY LARGE I was in shock with the number of hoops I needed to jump through to make the exchange
Shipping was great
My main complaint would be the colour,I thought it would be more of a light creamy beige.

Love the wide leg. I have long legs so wish they were a tiny bit longer as they shrink slightly in the dryer.
