Should be this way from factory
The oem exhaust isn't exactly what anybody wants to hear, or see when they crawl under their car; especially in the WRXs case. I recieved and installed in January. The quality, sizing, fitment, looks, and especially the sound of the product you recieve is what makes the difference between any other exhaust you can get. Not to mention the customer service is unlike any other business you'd come into contact with and not just for those reasons but in my true honest opinion RMS is setting the bar as high as it'll go and as soon as I press submit I'm ordering that gesi downpipe!
