We really love the quality and freshness of the beans we recently purchased (Ethiopia Sidama Natural). We first tried these beans at Radio and loved the fruity and subtle chocolate notes so much we ordered 2 lbs to enjoy at home. We have tried these beans in both pour-over and espresso applications but prefer them in espresso drinks. They are delicious either way, though. Definitely make your way to Radio to try out their expertly roasted beans and brews! We can't wait to go back to try other products.

I order on Sunday, they roast it on Monday/Tuesday,, I receive it on Wed/Thurs of same week. Need I say more?
