Timely delivery and if I have questions, I email customer care and they respond right away.

I love this cream cleanser. I keep one near my sink and one in the shower. It gently removes my make up and it doubles as a hydrating mask . I often leave it on after I get out of the shower for about 15 minutes to hydrate.

Shipping was longer than anticipated however it was holiday season. I am not pleased with the subscription process. I have been a customer for a few years now and if I skip products I will lose my pricing. Feels punitive to those who have been loyal and referred many others to your prophet would not have otherwise been customers. I do love the products just not the process.
