So far so good. The parcel arrived swifyly and beautifully wrapped. I have only just returned via post office so I cannot yet report on the returns service.

Ces chaussures sont magnifiques, confortables et de très belle qualité. Le seul bémol est que la semelle extérieure avant est très fine et que je dois rajouter des patins pour éviter l’usure. Vu le prix je trouve cela un peu dommage mais je suis très contente.

Stunning shoes perfect for holiday for this year

I splurged on wedding shoes from Rachel Simpson back in 2017 and they ended being the most gorgeous, most comfortable heels I've ever owned. The soft leather conformed to fit my feet perfectly and I still wear them today. Because they've treated me so well, I decided to splurge again on these boots. They are just as high quality. Even the leather of the soles is like butter. They are also adorable! Regarding fit, they were a bit tight at first and I almost returned them for another size, however, every time I put them on they started to stretch to fit my feet a little each time. I just wore them to an event and they fit great. These are definitely shoes that have to be broken in but when they do, they'll fit like a glove.

Just received my pair of the Mint Mimosa T-bar heels in the post and they are literally my favourite shoes I have ever owned. They are exactly as pictured on the website, incredibly comfortable and easy to walk in - I don't usually wear heels, so this is definitely a plus. The leather itself feels buttery soft and the design makes my feet feel super secure. I can't wait to wear them for my wedding!

I was so excited when my shoes arrived, only to be disappointed when I looked inside. Although the picture and description on the outside of the box showed the correct mixed metallic art deco shoes I had ordered, the shoes inside were wrong style and only have gold metallic trim. Unfortunately, there was not enough time to return the shoes for the ones that I really wanted. Thankfully the shoes are the right size and ivory so I will have shoes to wear. They are excellent quality and very comfortable shoes, I am just disappointed to have spent the amount of money I did and not have the shoes I really wanted. TJ from California, USA
