Great customer service. Fast shipping. My only tiny disappointment was that the folding stool and large mirror have been out of stock for a while. Wanting to buy more things from a great company seems like a silly issue to have!! All in all, it’s been a great purchase. It makes some high stress situations just a bit calmer. I love the bag and the makeup case.

We LOVE our Medium Rac n Roll. This bag has been a game changer at recitals and competitions. It’s a dressing room on wheels. If you’re on the fence about it, I personally can assure you that you won’t be sorry. Everything about this bag makes sense. The garment rack, the garment bags BEST quality I have come to find and even the privacy curtain. It just makes packing for a competition, or recital so easy.
