All good!

Great wash and refurb

I visited the website to find a way to repair my rucksack after the zip was damaged in an airport baggage system. I found the return and repair service to be reasonably priced allowing me to return the rucksack by post. The team communicated very well and said because they could only repair the zip rather than replace then I could have a partial refund. The rucksack is now as good as new and the cost was extremely competitive. I can’t recommend this service highly enough.

Great response, excellent speedy service, kept me updated through the whole process
